Questionable information.
Glancing through the book I see this: "Yoga involves a lot a stretching, which strengthens muscles."
Patently false. You either strengthen a muscle by contracting and extending it, giving it increasing resistance to build muscle fibers, or you stretch the fibers to make the them longer. You do not strengthen a muscle by stretching it.
As someone who taught A&P for 13 years, I like to think I know what I'm talking about.
